GRANTHAM 250th ANNIVERSARY
FIREWORKS AND CONCERT POSTPONED
The Town has postponed tonight’s scheduled Music in the Meadow concert and 250th Anniversary Fireworks due to the weather forecast calling for thunderstorms.
The free concert by Soulfix, followed by fireworks at dusk, will now take place on Wednesday, August 23, at 6PM.
Tomorrow night’s forecast is for clear skies, so holding our event then will ensure the greatest possible safety and enjoyment for our residents and guests.
Please join us to celebrate our community. Don’t forget to bring your picnic dinner, chairs, and blankets!
Celebrate Grantham's 250th Anniversary!
It’s Grantham’s 250th Anniversary, and the Town’s various Commissions, Clubs, Businesses and Nonprofit entities are organizing a series of events beginning in June 2017 and running through July 4, 2018 to celebrate our community and its history.
We can always use more volunteers! If you would like to organize an event or help with an existing one, please contact Nikki Arsenault in the Selectmen's Office at 863-6021.
Volunteering is a great way to show support for our wonderful community and make new friends!
