Zoning Board Site Visit

The Zoning Board of Adjustments will meet at Tax Map Number 236 Lot Number 038, also known as the property owned by Mark Hemphill on Stocker Pond Road. The Board is looking at topography and the general layout of the property. No votes or other business will be discussed during this site visit. This site visit is concerning an application requesting a variance (#07-2021-01; Jon Buschbaum, Property Owner Mark Hemphill, Stocker Pond Road; Tax Map Number 236 Lot Number 038). The Applicant is seeking a variance from the setback requirement of Article V-A Section 4 in the Rural Residential District One. The requirements specify “there shall be a minimum distance between any structure and the boundary of any lot and public highway, street, or roadway right-of-way of 35 feet at the frontage of the lot, and 10 feet at the sides”.
