Cemetery Sexton

The Town of Grantham, Cemetery Trustees, is accepting applications for the appointment of a Cemetery Sexton. This is a contracted position. The duties of the Sexton include, but may not be limited to:

• Laying out the lots and placement of grave markers in the cemeteries
• Coordinating grave preparation with funeral directors or other contractors
• Selling of cemetery lots
• Accurate maintenance of burial records

The time commitment is small but requires someone dependable. There could be some nights and weekends required.
