2027 Grantham Revaluation RFP

The Town of Grantham, New Hampshire is seeking proposals for a complete statistical revaluation of all taxable, non-taxable, and exempt properties within the Town, with an effective date of value of April 1, 2027. The revaluation must be conducted using the Vision 8 Government Solutions CAMA software.

Grantham is a community of approximately 3,400 residents with 2,507 parcels as of 2025. The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting full measure and list inspections, performing sales analysis, updating property records, and managing public outreach throughout the project. All work must comply with applicable New Hampshire statutes and DRA/ASB rules.
