Supervisors of the Checklist Public Meetings

Grantham Supervisors of the Checklist shall hold public meetings at the Grantham Town Hall, 300 Route 10S on:

     Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and

     Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

     Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

New Hampshire law requires that the Supervisors verify the checklist every year. Any person on the checklist who has not voted since April 1, 2021, must re-register to remain on the checklist.

At the May 2 meeting, the checklist will be reviewed in order to begin the removal process for  anyone who has not voted in at least one election held since April 1, 2021.

At the June 2 meeting, action shall be taken to remove those who do not respond to a letter notifying them of their pending removal if they do not re-register.

Also at these meetings, or also directly with the town clerk during regular business hours, if you wish to change your party affiliation before the state primary election, you must do so before the first Wednesday in June prior to the election (RSA 654:34, IV). This means the last opportunity to change party affiliation in 2026 is June 2. You may verify your party status by looking up your name on the checklist located at the Town Office or Town Library.
