The Town of Grantham is seeking volunteers for two important boards:

• Capital Improvement Project Committee - Meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. (April–October). This seven-member committee evaluates and allocates funding for major capital projects (>$10,000, >5 years). New members are welcome to bring fresh ideas.
• Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) - Meets on most fourth Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. Alternates are needed to help meet quorum. The ZBA hears appeals, grants variances and special exceptions, and applies zoning ordinances in a quasi-judicial capacity.
